Job Description: QUALITY ENGINEERING (Onshore)
Project Description: The resource will be the onshore Quality Engineer, in a client-facing role working directly with ~10-member offshore QA team and client QE stakeholder. In collaboration with offshore team, client leaders and SMEs, the practitioner will be required to determine test strategy, roadmap and processes and drive implementation and on-going maintenance.
Responsibilities: A QE with hands-on experience in execution of test suites with test automation tools. Ability to devise test strategy to guide and coordinate across testing teams in execution against the strategy. Ability to explore new areas of leveraging tool capabilities and opportunities at portfolio level & work with client QA Manager to create roadmap/test strategy. Ability to formulate, manage and facilitate quality engineering related meetings with large participants, including client stakeholders and development teams. Communicate and report internally and externally on team statprogress.
Preferred Skills:
1. Hands-on knowledge to create/write and execution of test scripts with industry standard test automation tools.
2. Experience guide and assist testing teams that are engaged in test automation, execution, maintenance and monitoring of test suites.
3. Experience in devising test strategy, exploring new areas of leveraging tool capabilities.
4. Good communication (written and verbal) skills to work closely with client stakeholders.

3. Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation
4. Certification in Test Automation Tools (Plus)
5. Agile/SAFe experience
6. Experience with devising test strategy and providing recommendations on testing best practices and approach
