Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, programming, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to automate industrial processes. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that equipment and machinery run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and improve existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated equipment and machinery based on system requirements.
  • Install and configure PLC hardware and software (such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Write, modify, and test PLC logic to control mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC system issues to ensure minimal downtime of automated systems.
  • Perform system integration and optimization for new and existing equipment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in programming PLCs from major manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric).
    • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
    • Hands-on experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming and SCADA systems.
    • Knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
