PRISM seeks an IT Support Technician with an Active DoD Top Secret. As our IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our team runs smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Tech Guru: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues like a pro.

What we're looking for:
- Active DoD Top Secret with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI and suitability clearance
- 4+ years of directly relevant experience IT support or a related field.
- Experience in one or more technologies: Microsoft 365, Call Distribution Systems, Red Hat, Microsoft Windows (10, 11), VMware, and SharePoint.
- Have experience monitoring system health and status to identify and address potential issues.
- Be proficient in documenting technical problems and their resolutions using a tracking ticketing program.
- Under the supervision of a team leader, provide technical assistance and administrative support to users located remotely.
- Possess experience in general troubleshooting, triage, and performing specific tasks such as user account creation, password resets, shared drive access, and remote software installations.
