Role Overview:
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the pricing structure thru listers, price pages, overrides, and Oracle system. Communicate all price updates and changes to field sales and inside customer service. Individuals who will find success in this role will possess strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, team player attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, coordinate, process, maintain and update the Oracle system for all customers to insure accurate billing. Communicate pricelist changes to Pillar Data to ensure accuracy..
- Update, maintain, and distribute listers and overrides to Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers and Customer Service Personnel to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Update, maintain, and distribute customer-specific price pages for Field Sales Force to notify customers of any price changes, effective and termination dates, product(s) affected, and any terms of the price change.
- Review and update any pricing discrepancies received from Customer Service in the Oracle system.
- Update, maintain, and distribute price pages and listers reflecting Architectural products sold by the Woodframe Field Sales.
- Update, maintain, and distribute trim, resale, and panel price pages to Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Customer Service personnel to use for quoting jobs and ensure accuracy and consistency in all sales regions.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manor
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong mathematical & analytical skills
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Oracle Software and Systems
- Experience with SaleForce
- General understanding of products
- Initiative and responsiveness in handling all pricing-related issues
- Efficiency and accuracy of work performed is critical
