We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented leader to join our team as Group Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the success of our SMB (Ready) service delivery organization, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our market leading human capital management and workforce management solutions while contributing significantly to company growth. You will lead a passionate team of experts, develop innovative service offerings, and implement strategies that optimize service delivery, maximize client satisfaction, and achieve ambitious financial targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SMB growth strategy for the professional services, aligned with the overall company's roadmap and business objectives.
Lead a high-performing team of consultants, project managers, and technical specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centricity.
Oversee the entire client initial go live journey, from initial onboarding and implementation while ensuring clients achieve their desired business outcomes.
Design and implement robust processes for project management, resource allocation, and service delivery, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality implementations.
Develop and manage a portfolio of SaaS-focused professional services offerings, including consulting, customization, and training while optimizing pricing and profitability.
Identify and develop new service offerings that address evolving client needs and market opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Post Live Service, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation and maximize customer lifetime value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic initiatives, providing insights and expertise on the business model.
Manage and optimize the financial goals of the Global Delivery department, achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth and service margin.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a leadership role within Software Delivery, with a proven record of accomplishment in the SaaS industry.
Professional Services in the Human Capital Management or Workforce Management industry is a plus but not required.
Deep understanding of the SaaS lifecycle and the unique challenges and opportunities associated with delivering services for on-demand software solutions.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and best practices for SaaS implementation and customer success.
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and SaaS architecture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of SaaS pricing models and financial metrics.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
