We are seeking a motivated Sr Specialty Support Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates will have advanced education or prior experience in administration and/or scripting. You'll be responsible for designing, coding, and improving programs, applications, and processes focusing on C#.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Quickly learn and effectively leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support the Print Shop.
Develop technical solutions for internal customers and teams
Provide basic software and hardware support to the Print Operations Team.
Take part in all stages of software development.
Participate in technical solution and design discussions.
Add new features while improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability to address client needs.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain printers.
Troubleshoot and maintain sealing equipment.
Initiate service calls with vendors and act as the primary contact for repairs.
Collaborate across teams and the business on cross-team features and dependencies.
Resolve file issues.
Anticipate and influence business needs and requirements.
Mentor and assist other technical staff in finding optimal solutions.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, MSSQL.
Understanding of Windows desktop and server and related software applications.
Basic understanding of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
Flexibility to work overtime during quarter-end and year-end job assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with GitHub.
Experience with REST and SNMP equipment management protocols.
Understanding of Change Management processes.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $50,400 to $72,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
