Job Duties of the Recruiting Coordinator:

• Provides administrative and compliance support for Recruiting Team

• Reviews and reformats resumes

• Administers skill assessments

• Performs background checks and schedules up drug tests

• Monitors and analyzes payroll reports

• Data entry of candidate status and activities in ATS

• Ensures new hire access to the portals and tools

• Assists with all onboarding paperwork

• Daily coordination with Recruiting team

Requirements of the Recruiting Coordinator:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion

• Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability

• Excellent teamwork skills

Desired:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience working with applicant tracking system

• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
