  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Title: Payroll Specialist

Work Location: Wilder, Kentucky (on site Mon through Fri)

Hire Type: 6 month contract (possible hire)

Pay Rate: $20-$28/hr

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist
  • Experience supporting unionized workforce
  • Experience running weekly payroll, reading timesheets/pay schedules, sending out weekly reports
  • Understanding of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana pay laws

Plusses:

  • Experience with JD Edwards
  • Experience with ADP (Vantage)

Overview:

This will be a 100% ONSITE role in Wilder, KY. This person will be responsible for the payroll duties of the Midwest Region. This is a partially unionized workforce and experience managing unionized payroll systems is a requirement. This includes navigating through 3 payroll systems, running weekly payroll, running weekly reports, tracking timesheets and pay schedules.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
