Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the oversight and management of Early Intervention Support Services (EISS), Acute Care Family Support programs, and Peer Support Initiatives.
  • Coordinate program activities and ensure alignment with departmental goals and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor and Manager of IDP and Acute Care Services to monitor program performance and implement improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between service providers, stakeholders, and the department to facilitate effective communication.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings related to program outcomes and objectives.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions relevant to the service lines.
