Cybersecurity Infra Business Analyst

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Cyber Infrastructure Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on analyzing and enhancing our cyber infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure technologies, and business analysis methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to cyber infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Analysis & Documentation: Analyze current infrastructure capabilities, identify gaps, and propose enhancements. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks and compliance issues within the cyber infrastructure and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance within cyber infrastructure operations.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to cyber infrastructure, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Develop metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of cyber infrastructure initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to teams on cyber infrastructure best practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, CISSP) are a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis within a cybersecurity or c environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cyber infrastructure components (e.g., networks, servers, cloud services) and security protocols.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
