Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The PMO Analyst plays a critical role as part of our PMO team and will be responsible for overseeing and delivering value to the Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend program. Their main accountability will be to support project planning, risk management, resource management, and day-to-day activities, while ensuring the appropriate implementation and application of project management tools. It is important for the Analyst to live into Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives and to apply them in their interactions with the program team. The Analyst will apply strong project management skills, data analytics capabilities, and effective communication to support problem-solving and ensure the smooth execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to IM Transcend PMO across various activities and outputs (i.e. project planning support & maintenance, reporting, meeting facilitation support, building presentations, handling risk management, etc.)
  • Partner with Project Deployment Leads to establish coordinated project plans/schedules/work for each release
  • Support implementation of program methodology, including relevant templates, tools, controls, and cadence
  • Support data standards that meet business capability needs
  • Support planning and execution of business simulation and validation/readiness
  • Partner with the business adoption team to ensure organizational change, business readiness, site readiness, and training are delivered to meet business needs
  • Work closely with Core Team peers to ensure appropriate communication of key interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics
  • Enthusiastically seek to promote standard methodology and continuous improvement principles
  • Demonstrate a focus on customers, both internal & external including the development and management of partners
  • Engage and establish relationships with program business partners and peers
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and negotiating skills


Qualifications

Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required
  • Certification such as PMP / FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence are helpful

Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Program Management experience (preferably on large, sophisticated business transformation programs)
  • Proven hands-on project management/delivery
  • Strong analytical experience including working in complex data sets and processes
  • Proven track record to draw conclusions and make decisions based on analytical findings
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teams and cross-functionally, with flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Preferred:
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industry in a project environment
  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • Experience in developing analytical dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or Smartsheet workflow

Other:
  • Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
  • May require up to 10% domestic and international travel
  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 USD to $124,200 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
