In this role, you'll collaborate with Market Access Management, senior field management, and digital teams to drive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) excellence, optimize operational processes, and provide strategic support for field teams. You'll manage CRM applications, deliver innovative solutions, and be the key point of contact for multiple business units, ensuring that CRM tools are effectively utilized and continually improved.

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the CRM subject matter expert for market access field teams during launches.
- Schedule regular feedback touchpoints, including field ride-alongs, to gather insights.
- Provide updates on CRM utilization and partner with leadership to optimize tool capabilities.
- Manage the CRM applications and processes, investigating and resolving escalated inquiries.
- Collaborate on application upgrades by gathering requirements and testing new functionalities.
- Create clear communications to ensure field teams are informed of any changes or enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the ecosystem.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support CRM and field operations.
- Must have an Undergraduates degree with proven experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals industry.
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network across teams.
- Hands-on, accountable, and motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
