  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level applications using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega upgrades, PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), and the ability to lead the development of scalable and efficient business solutions. This is a remote role requiring strong technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Pega Projects: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Pega Platform Upgrades: Lead and execute Pega platform upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and improved system performance.
  • PRPC Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of PRPC to design efficient, scalable, and rules-driven applications that meet client needs.
  • Architectural Design: Create high-level designs and architecture for complex, multi-system Pega solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to gather requirements, define objectives, and implement Pega-based solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions for system improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with extensive knowledge of Pega PRPC and Pega upgrades.
  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of Pega upgrade process.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable Pega solutions for enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience in Pega integration with external systems and APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects in a remote setting.
