Ground Software Engineer

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Lead Software engineer to provide deep understanding of the working code base of SUPERNOVA and all internal, external interfacing components. Works with development teams at the messaging and system function level to ensure all equities of design are in working order end-to-end, and translate well to inform testing and checkout for promotion through DevSecOps. Provides expertise across the entire Sys Eng V, is knowledgeable on all Tranche system components from an architecture and technical level. Applies problem solving skills to identify and respond to system gaps proactively. Maintains active awareness of baseline requirements, interfaces, and integration touchpoints to ensure the system progresses through all milestones and the Tranche achieves operations, transition, and system closure. Location can be flexible.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must currently have an Active Security clearance with Top Secret/SCI eligibility
• Must have understanding of code base SUPERNOVA
• Must be able to work development teams
• Must have Software Engineering skills
