Growing Private Equity firm in West LA is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join their C-Suite team as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and travel support to one of the founding executives, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating their focus on strategic financial goals. This is a very friendly, collaborative, and close knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Facilitate seamless travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and coordinating itineraries. Ensure all arrangements align with preferences and corporate policies. This is very heavy and complex travel where point-to-point itineraries, car service, hotel accommodations, dinner/event reservations must be detailed and flawless.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage travel-related expenses. Collect receipts, process reimbursements, and maintain accurate records in compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executives during travel. Communicate travel details, changes, and any relevant information promptly.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed, this could include preparing materials and documents for executive meetings, conferences, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years Executive Assistant to a C Level Executive, Private Equity/Finance experience highly preferred.
  • Resume stability with longevity in employment history.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in travel booking systems and expense management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This position is 100% in the office in West Los Angeles.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $95-$110k+ DOE, excellent benefits, a strong bonus, business casual environment, and many perks!
