Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to fill the role of Part-Time Digital Coordinator at our Mainstream Boutique store in Ponte Vedra, FL. This hybrid role may involve both remote work and in-person duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, executing marketing and event strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. They will also be responsible for running our website by maintaining our brand standards. They will work with collaborate with our home office marketing team as well as our Full time Social Media Coordinator to ensure a cohesive message across all channels and between Corporate locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms, primarily Instagram & Facebook based on direction from our Full Time Social Media Coordinator.
  • Social Media Management: Regularly maintain our social media account for Omaha with engaging posts, stories, and updates that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with our online community to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to align with our brand objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Help plan and execute events ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.
  • Live Video Production: Produce weekly live videos for the Ponte Vedra location to engage with the audience in real-time.
  • Website Maintenance: Continuously update and enhance our website with new products and features to provide a good user experience, resulting in customer visits and conversion on our site equal in line with industry standards.
  • Photography/Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, store events, and behind-the-scenes content to showcase the Mainstream Boutique experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and engagement. Share findings with the team to influence decision making based on analytics.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive in the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media and content creation, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and experience maintaining a retail website.
  • Ability to problem solve and offer solutions to complex Social Media and online issues as these disciplines continue to advance.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms, as well as basic graphic design software.
  • Experience conducting live videos via Facebook and Instagram, with the capability to complete live sessions at least twice a week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Must be able to work both remotely and on-site in Ponte Vedra, FL. This position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week.
