What we're seeking:

Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will analyze complex financial data, complete ad hoc projects and reporting as well as monthly, weekly, daily reporting requirements that helps leadership make well-informed, strategic decisions for the organization. We are looking for someone who is well versed in business strategy and financial concepts as well as knowledgeable with systems and data integrity. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with capital management, finance, engineering, construction, operations, IT, and others to ensure project requirements are properly communicated.

What you'll do:
  • Work with other analysts and managers to manage the continued development of reporting, including but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, automation of reports and data integrity.
  • Present and analyze data to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Network Operations leadership for decision-making purposes.
  • Interpret financial results and drive continuous efforts to identify and implement activities that help the teams' goals.
  • Evaluate and determine solutions to ensure efficiencies for capital management systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Ensure the information and applications released to various groups are consistent and driven by Frontier's quality objectives and data accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What background you should have:
  • Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, or other related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 1-5 years of experience in analytical, strategic, and/or financial roles.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, root-cause analysis, project management methodologies, and other corporate finance methods; strong research and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI, JavaScript, HTML, SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging complex financial modeling with Excel.
  • Clear communication skills: ability to simply convey complex things to senior audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated; a self-starter, strong intellectual curiosity; creative and investigative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, prioritizing multiple projects, issues, and tasks with minimal direction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a sense of integrity and urgency for completing tasks.
