Overview

Our client an award winning federal integrator, assisting various federal agencies with transforming how they deliver their HR Services. They are in need of several PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analysts to assist clients in the implementation and support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules throughout the project lifecycle. Activities include requirements analysis, system design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

This role is ONSITE in Herndon, VA. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be s, able to pass the client's background check.

Responsibilities

  • Drive analysis, design, and implementation of Peoplesoft modules as lead function on Scrum/CR
  • Manage/coordinate with customers and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional design and documentation
  • System Testing
  • Leverage PeopleTools and support technical team with issue resolution


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience with the following:
    • Working with PeopleSoft HCM for Federal customers
    • HCM Shared Services
    • Supporting federal HCM process improvement initiatives in various parts of the HR life cycle for several different federal agencies
  • Working knowledge of PeopleTools to assist with trouble-shooting/issue resolution
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to research issues and provide solutions
  • Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements
  • Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be s and be able to pass the client's background check

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • HCM Transformation work that is the result of performance management and/or benchmarking initiatives
  • Experience with Merit System Principles
  • Developing business cases and multi-year strategic improvement road maps




Compensation

Competitive salary range of $175K-$210K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
