Overview

Our client an award winning federal integrator, assisting various federal agencies with transforming how they deliver their HR Services. They are in need of several PeopleSoft Developers to support the development and integration of new solution modules and perform operations and maintenance and small enhancement work. Activities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system enhancements.

This role is ONSITE in Herndon, VA, remote or hybrid candidates MAY be considered. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be s, able to pass the client's background check.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom payroll solutions based on user requests
  • Work with business owners to conduct and complete User Acceptance Testing


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PeopleSoft Federal experience
  • Experience managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (greater than 25000 users)
  • 10+ years of experience with the following:
    • PeopleSoft HCM development - PeopleTools, SQR, Security
    • PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
    • User Acceptance Testing
    • Developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
    • Business requirements analysis
  • Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be s and be able to pass the client's background check


Experience with the following is a plus:

  • PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrades
  • ETL/Datastage
  • SQL
  • Oracle Database
  • Windows and Unix
  • Working across global and NA payroll applications for the federal government
  • PeopleSoft Financials and General Ledger
  • PeopleSoft 9.2 Global and North America Payroll for Federal
  • Advanced Payroll Rules creation
  • PeopleSoft Benefits module
  • HCM Shared Services




Compensation

Competitive salary range of $175K-$210K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Employee benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401K plan and additional voluntary benefits. Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
