We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our
growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our data scientist, operations, and life
sciences teams to analyze, visualize, and interpret complex datasets, with a strong focus on
pharmaceutical reporting. Your ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and tell a
compelling story through your reports will be critical in shaping business decisions and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets, focusing on pharmaceutical trends, operational efficiencies, and
patient outcomes. - Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as
Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them
into actionable insights. - Present data findings in a visually compelling and easy-to-understand manner, tailored to
different audiences (executive leadership, operational teams, clients, etc.). - Support pharma reporting needs by creating reports that are both data-driven and
strategic. - Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Provide ongoing support for data requests and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related
field. - 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data or healthcare data is preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling ability through data visualization.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.

This role may allow for work-from-home, but the candidate needs to be local to Columbus for in-person meetings and collaboration.
