As an AMS Recruiter, you are responsible for managing a pipeline of healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will establish and build AMS’s reputation and brand through the market while recruiting HCPs using the company core values of customer service, respect, ethical behavior, accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the AMS way and exceeding minimum activity standards.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit through various sources to include company database, internet, job boards, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, social media, and industry specific recruiting events
  • Prioritizes and initiates follow-up calls and tasks with potential candidates by using LaborEdge in order to achieve monthly call and email goals.
  • Recruiting activities to include warm and cold calling, text and email blasts, and overall candidate sourcing to meet client needs
  • Review resumes, interview, and screen candidates to obtain information relevant to professional work history, clinical training, education, and required skillset
  • Maintain effective communication, engagement, and follow up with candidates
  • Ensure all communication is documented in the applicant tracking system
  • Ability to pivot with and adapt to market changes and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Must have at least two years of experience working for a Medical Staffing company in a Recruiter capacity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets and KPIs in a competitive recruiting environment
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and determination to overcome challenges
  • Knowledge of principals and methods for recruiting; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales technology, and sales management systems
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to adapt to multiple information technology platforms; email, applicant tracking systems, social media, and job boards
  • Written and verbal communication skills
