Summary

The Marketing Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Programs & Incentives. The Marketing Analyst will play a supporting role working cross-functionally in a team environment to deliver on shared goals and objectives. Assist team with Incentive programs, certifications and tools to enhance brand loyalty and customer engagement. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in a dynamic marketing team supporting various solutions for our customers..

Essential Duties

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct support to customers and third party managing customer incentives programs.
  • Assist in coordination and execution of internal and external communications related to customer incentives programs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding program inquiries.
  • Utilize data mining and reporting techniques to track performance metrics, analyze trends to help identify program health.
  • Assist with developing customer segmentation and insights that inform marketing campaign development and go-to-market strategies across communication channels.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization with goal of reducing customer friction, driving value for GAF and aligning with field sales priorities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Partner Programs team by assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Connect with end users regularly to help troubleshoot issues, gather insights to inform, shape and evolve product offerings.
  • Assist with priority project support as requested.
  • Support special customer facing events.


  • Travel Requirements - up to 15%

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, marketing knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and vendors.
  • Experience with Tableau, SalesForce, Workfront or other analytics tools.
  • 2+ years experience including marketing and customer focused roles.
  • Detail oriented team player who is able to work collaboratively in a team setting
