Duration: Fulltime

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate is an expert in ServiceNow development and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

Perform administrative tasks, including system configurations, workflow management, user administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules like ITSM and ITOM.

Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow's scripting tools to automate workflows, integrations, and processes.

Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST and SOAP web services.

Transform business needs to tangible items within ServiceNow using platform modules or creating new scoped applications.

Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and process automation.

Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow data models and tables to ensure efficient and scalable development.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Complete detailed documentation for workflows and services implemented within ServiceNow

Work on incident/problem/change management and assist with troubleshooting issues within the ServiceNow platform.

Follow ITIL best practices and processes for service delivery and support.

Perform regular health checks and audits on the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.

Stay updated with new features and functionalities in ServiceNow releases and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide API.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.

Experience with ServiceNow workflows, automation, and orchestration.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues.

Experience with web services and API integrations (REST, SOAP).

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, or other advanced modules.

Knowledge of security, role-based access control (RBAC), and user management in ServiceNow.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator are highly desirable.
