Job Description

Our Healthcare Administrative Assistants are integral members of our team. You're often the face of our company, and you're entrusted with representing us well by treating clients with great professionalism and respect.

You are: Personable, Self-motivated, Responsible, Professional, Mature, Flexible, Problem solving, Detail-orientated, Communicative

Responsibilities:

Answering telephone calls and staying on top of email inbox

Scheduling new & existing clients

Receiving and processing payments

Checking patients in & out of clinic

Faxing prescriptions to pharmacies

Communicating with pharmacies and insurance companies regarding prescription clarification and prior authorizations

Work collaboratively with administrative staff for wholistic approach to tasks

Assisting 12-15 providers with managing their schedules

Keeping shared spaces tidy and organized

Your schedule:

Mon-Fri – 8am to 5pm

(limited work from home options available)

Qualifications:

You have previous experience in the healthcare industry
