You’ll bring bold ideas to life through forward-thinking design across TV, digital, content, and experiential platforms. Your role will be to manage the cohesive vision of each advertising campaign, from conceptual development to execution. Beyond shaping the look and feel of our clients' campaigns, you will be hands-on in crafting initial concepts that break through the noise.

We’re looking for an energetic creative who thrives on client briefs and stays ahead of design trends. A true ad enthusiast, you’re always in tune with the latest industry buzz, devouring Adweek headlines and can cite your favorite commercials by heart.

You will join a Creative Director team who will mentor and push your creativity across a range of clients in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will support the creative journey from initial presentation building to finalizing mechanicals on the layouts before they ship to a billboard near you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with a Copywriter.
  • Create and implement the visual design components of an advertising campaign.
  • Produce designs for campaigns that reflect the client’s needs and target audience.
  • With guidance and direction, work across all content platforms from TV commercials, print, digital, social, and experiential.
  • Stay in the know of what’s happening in the industry, popular culture, and trends.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Art/ Graphic Design, communications or related visual design.
  • Demonstrable experience in Art Direction working within the creative industry.
  • A strong working knowledge and experience of design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Knowledge and understanding of creative copywriting, layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography.
  • Strong technical skills including Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and basic knowledge of motion graphics.
  • Print and web design capabilities and an understanding of how to work in both media for integrated campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of interactive communications, including the limitations of the web, UX design; and the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions.
  • Collaborative & Curious to contribute to and foster a growing library of knowledge and best practices around creative work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect at all levels.
