Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Finance and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s financial performance and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and process optimization to support both growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and financial data to uncover trends, assess risks and opportunities, and develop strategies that support the company's long-term goals.
  • Own and maintain detailed financial models that balance growth with profitability
  • Partner with department heads to provide key analysis and insights that drive data-informed decisions, policies, and processes
  • Design and refine comprehensive financial forecasting models to support decision-making and future planning.
  • Develop KPI measurement guidelines and reporting infrastructure to provide clear visibility to senior management.
  • Manage investor relations, including preparing materials for board meetings, supporting fundraising efforts, and maintaining relationships with financial partners.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and special projects that drive operational and financial efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in strategic finance, operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to create and maintain complex financial forecasting models.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports for decision-making.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally to develop and implement new processes and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to drive results.
