This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to define user stories and deliver key UX outputs.
  • Apply UX best practices and research insights to influence product design decisions and ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Partner closely with developers to implement efficient, user-centered solutions while balancing technical constraints.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, iterating on designs to ensure they meet business and user needs.
  • Effectively present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication of the project vision.
  • Continuously provide updates on project status, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the creation of visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces and interactive experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design flows that adhere to the company's design system.
  • Ensure consistency in the application of design patterns, while evolving the system as needed.
  • Advocate for user-centric solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders to align product features with customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain UX documentation such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the design process.
  • Create and execute research strategies to test prototypes, conduct usability testing, and gather actionable insights.
  • Utilize research techniques, including user interviews and usability testing, to refine and improve designs.
  • Recruit participants for studies and moderate user interviews to gather key insights on ease of use and overall experience.


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role, with expertise in creating intuitive and effective digital experiences.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating with developers from ideation through implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience addressing complex design problems with sustainable solutions.
  • Expertise in user-centered design principles and a keen understanding of current trends in digital and app design.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to create clear, actionable flows and wireframes for intricate applications.
  • Experience designing for responsive and accessible applications, ensuring inclusive digital experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to communicate design decisions effectively.
