Description
We are inviting applications for the role of a Desktop Support Level 2, based in Woodland Hills, California. The role is a contract to hire opportunity, offering a chance to join our dynamic team, providing support and troubleshooting services in a fast-paced environment. You will be integral in ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide proficient support for Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD functionality.
Troubleshoot audio issues, particularly during team calls.
Handle issues related to Microsoft Office applications on Windows.
Maintain and manage computer hardware and configuration management.
Work with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.
Support users with Apple devices and Mac computers.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure proper deployment of systems and applications.
Provide support for Audio Visual equipment and Microsoft Office Suites.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Android Development and Microsoft Office Suites
Familiarity with Cisco, Citrix, and Azure Active Directory technologies
Experience in managing and troubleshooting Mac Computers and Windows Desktop Operating Systems
Knowledge of Active Directory and Configuration Management
Ability to handle and resolve issues related to Apple Devices and Computer Hardware
Experience in Deployments and Ticketing Systems
Skills in managing and operating Audio Visual equipment
Knowledge and understanding of Windows Azure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
