Product Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their Product Development team. This role will be pivotal in transforming product creation processes and driving sustainability and cost targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and analytical background, with experience working across UX design and engineering teams. This position requires high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including business groups, engineering, user experience design, and product management, to develop and implement scalable ways to manage key metrics.
  • Own the implementation of new recommendation models, ensuring seamless user experiences that surface recommendations to users.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for AI/ML to unlock potential value, in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
  • Support two product teams – BOM App & Cost App – to deliver on-time solutions that enhance critical product creation processes.
  • Engage with users to identify new opportunities, improve user experience, and streamline processes for internal users and factory partners overseas (Asia).
  • Develop and champion a data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Create business cases to justify product investments and monitor relevant technology trends, competitive offerings, and best-in-class practices.
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of complex features, from conception through to launch and maturity, focusing on growth initiatives.
  • Define feature metrics, derive insights, and implement experiments and tests to optimize product solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX Design and Engineering to deliver user-centric experiences based on qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Lead agile teams, manage backlogs, and ensure successful delivery within Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap that increases efficiency in the creation of physical products, including footwear, accessories, and apparel.

Product Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10 or more years of relevant work experience, including 5 or more years in product management.
  • Proven experience in digital product management and product delivery, with a focus on UX/UI for web applications or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities, with the capacity to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and managing product backlogs.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with tools such as Quantum Metric, Pendo, Jira, Confluence, and digital whiteboarding (e.g., Miro) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications, especially those involving complex data sets and recommendation models.
  • Creative thinker, self-starter, and able to work independently in a matrix-based, global environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in implementing analytics to understand performance and user interactions.

Preferred:

  • Experience implementing data analytics tools to enhance user experience.
  • Display of performance-driven results on past projects, especially those involving AI/ML solution
