You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to final production, ensuring that each product meets our high standards for quality, fit, and style.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create detailed tech packs that include design specifications, materials, and construction details.
- Develop and maintain size specifications to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with factories, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Source and select fabrics that align with design aesthetics and performance needs.
- Ensure all products are developed with attention to detail and a strong understanding of streetwear trends and designs.
- Conduct quality checks and revisions to ensure products meet the companys standards before production.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in creating tech packs for streetwear products.
- Strong understanding of size specs and the importance of fit.
- Extensive knowledge of streetwear culture, design, and fashion trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively with factories and internal teams (sales, marketing, and design).
- Knowledge of different fabric types and their uses in streetwear.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
