- Reservation Management:
- Handle the booking process for individual visitors, families, and groups, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate ticket packages and accommodations based on their preferences
- Monitor and maintain reservation systems to maximize park capacity
- Guest Engagement:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, assisting with special requests, and resolving booking-related issues
- Inform guests about park policies, pricing, and any current promotions
- Create a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all visitors
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, ticket sales, and guest information
- Generate reports to analyze booking trends and support data-driven decision-making
- Keep online booking platforms up-to-date and user-friendly
- Revenue Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities for upselling, such as meal plans, fast passes, or premium experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing bookings and revenue
- Problem Resolution:
- Efficiently manage booking-related issues, including changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Address guest complaints and escalate complex matters as needed
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that the park operates in compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly during challenging circumstances like pandemics
- Stay informed about park policies and procedures and communicate them to guests
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage but not required
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality, travel or entertainment industry a plus but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of theme park attractions is a plus but not required
