The Position

We re looking for a Marketing Associate with 2-4 years of marketing experience who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to support our mission of making equitable cancer care accessible to all. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will involve collaborating across teams to build our brand, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, lead generation, product marketing, and public relations, all while directly contributing to CancerIQ s growth and success.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management
    • Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with target audience goals and support CancerIQ s mission.
  • Lead Generation
    • Design and manage content distribution via HubSpot to generate qualified leads.
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
  • PR & Media
    • Work with the PR team to distribute press releases and enhance CancerIQ s media visibility.
    • Support outreach efforts to strengthen the company s public presence.
  • CRM Management
    • Manage and optimize marketing workflows, content repositories, and lists within HubSpot.
    • Ensure CRM data accuracy and streamline processes to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Content Creation & Deployment
    • Develop B2B social media content aligned with our brand voice.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to maintain a content calendar and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Event Marketing
    • Support event planning and execution, including conferences and in-person events.
    • Manage the event calendar and coordinate promotional activities.
  • Video Marketing
    • Organize, edit, and optimize a library of customer testimonial videos.
    • Ensure that these assets are effectively distributed across marketing channels.
  • Product Marketing
    • Create collateral that supports the sales cycle and aligns with marketing strategies.
    • Ensure clear communication of product updates to enhance marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or healthcare technology space.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including experience managing workflows, lists, and content repositories.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, and event coordination.
  • Experience in social media management for B2B audiences, including content scheduling and analytics.
  • Video editing skills, including organizing, editing, and optimizing video content for marketing purposes.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for healthcare and technology, with a commitment to CancerIQ's mission of transforming cancer care.
