Job Overview: The Vice President of Finance will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, managing the finance team, and ensuring the company's financial health and growth. This role will involve strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decision-making and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and development to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements, and develop strategies for optimizing cash management.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of leading finance teams and driving business performance.
