We are URGENTLY seeking a Lead Wastewater Plant Technician in the Austin, TX area. Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to $35/hr. Based on Experience. As the Lead Wastewater Plant Technician, you will oversee the daily operations of our plant, supervising a team of technicians, ensuring compliance, optimizing plant processes, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Lead Wastewater Plant Technician will play a critical role in maintaining the quality of liquid waste and the overall efficiency of the treatment facility. DUTIES INCLUDE:
Utilize mechanical knowledge to oversee plant operations. Work alongside a team of wastewater technicians to ensure effective daily operations and maintenance tasks.
Assist in the scheduling and assigning of work duties, ensuring optimal staffing levels for facility operations.
Monitor water treatment processes and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain and repair equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Collect and analyze data to optimize plant performance and efficiency
Generate and present reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance status. CERTIFICATIONS:
