  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Senior Scrum Master to lead our high-performing teams in driving agile excellence across the organization. As a seasoned expert in Scrum methodology, you will facilitate the agile process, foster a culture of collaboration, and empower teams to deliver value-driven results. Responsibilities:
* Lead and facilitate multiple agile teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and removal of impediments
* Develop and maintain a culture of high performance, accountability, and transparency within the team
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to Scrum Masters and team members to improve their skills and knowledge
* Facilitate project kick-off and review, release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Identify and communicate potential risks, impediments, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop and manage release plans, track and monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
* Measure and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, and drive decision-making through data-driven insights
* Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment, demonstrating trust, confidence, and commitment to team members
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 7 years of experience working on project teams, with a proven track record of driving multiple projects to successful completion
* Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, agile principles, and servant leadership
* Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
