Responsibilities

Sprint Planning and Execution: Facilitate sprint planning sessions; ensure that the development team meets the sprint goals.

Scrum Team Facilitation: Guide and support the Scrum team in Agile practices; remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders; ensure transparency and effective communication.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve the Agile process; identify and implement best practices to enhance team performance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all development activities adhere to regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
