  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues, including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommend solutions
  • System knowledge: SAP, Agile
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Tableau
  • System configuration management, translating BOM setup into system readiness, comparing systems
  • Change Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validations
  • Interpersonal and verbal/written communication
  • Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Description

  1. Supports NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness. Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage tickets
  2. Seamlessly support multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities across NPI, sustain programs and projects, and pivot between LOBs.
  3. Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis, processing submissions to minimize processing time, data accuracy, and data integrity between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput and SLA- Communicate project status
  4. Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity.
