World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for MicroStrategy Admin/Developer to support our client located Remotely.

Title: MicroStrategy Admin/Developer

Location: Remote

Duration/Type of Job: 8 Weeks

Job Description:

This person will need to Install and configure MicroStrategy on Windows VMs in Google Cloud Platform, migrate user data, migrate reports, and all be able to work under the architect's discretion as a developer to fix reports (also see MicroStrategy Developer below)

  • Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, deployment, and upgrade of MicroStrategy tools
  • Expertise in administrative tasks, including MicroStrategy roles, user creation, user groups, privileges, ACL, and row-level security management
  • Proficient with Command Manager, Integrity Manager, job scheduling, cache handling, performance optimization, and VLDB settings
  • Strong SQL querying skills, including query writing, troubleshooting report failures, and managing project and intelligence servers, clustering, and nodes
  • Experienced with Object Manager, License Manager, and packaging, as well as migrating reports, folders, and users between environments
  • Capable of deploying and troubleshooting MicroStrategy configurations, iCubes, reports, and dashboards
  • Skilled in maintaining metadata, upgrading versions, creating instances, multisourcing databases, and resolving metadata inconsistencies across versions
  • Knowledge and ability to deploy and configure MicroStrategy monitor alerts, subscriptions, multiple user logins, server, nodes, clusters etc.
