Job Description:

  • Position Overview: As a Business Process Consultant within the retail industry, you will help retail organizations optimize their operations, from supply chain management to in-store customer service processes.
  • You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience across retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Current Processes: Evaluate existing healthcare workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in patient care, compliance, and medical asset management.
  • Design and Implement FSM Solutions: Develop tailored FSM solutions that address healthcare-specific needs such as medical equipment tracking, service, and repair.
  • Project Management: Lead FSM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and compliance officers to align solutions with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including training staff on new workflows and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of business processes, project outcomes, and compliance requirements to support regulatory audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all processes comply with healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process consulting, with a focus on FSM (Field Service Management) implementation in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, store management, and customer experience strategies.
  • Experience with FSM software and retail technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging healthcare teams.

Education / Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Software, Retail Management, or a related field.
