Senior React Java SpringBoot API Cloud Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client seeks a Senior Cloud Architecture React Java SpringBoot API Cloud Engineer in Tampa, FL. This may lead to a quick fulltime role with client.

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
* Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks - Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka
* Proficiency in Cloud enabled architecture and design of high performing, secured Restful APIs
* Experienced in container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes
* Experience working in Agile env with modern CI/CD and DevOps principles
* Solid background in Cloud-first environments and building cloud native platforms
* Executed technology modernization initiatives including migration to cloud native and API strategy
* Mastery of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines including 12-factor app design
* Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment
* Comfortable in a fast-dynamic environment with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Technical depth and ability to rapidly understand and communicate the impact of solutions and technology
* Proficiency in Cloud enabled architecture and design of high performing, secured Restful APIs is a must
* Security skills are a plus: Spring Security, Data & Infrastructure Development exp, Secrets/Vaulting, IAM, 12-Factor App Design
* Previous experience in golang and Hashi Vault plugin development is a major plus
* Previous experience in Secrets/Vaulting or Identity and Access Management solutions is a major plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
