  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Remote but required to be near Austin, TX: ATX Office (Preferred) or NY Hudson office for occasional travel in office
Duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities
Manage project activities that support program management including calendaring, vendor management, content management, and global communication.
Build cross-functional relationships between departments and with external vendors.
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities while minimizing risk.
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Direct, review and approve deliverable designs and changes.
Consult or negotiate with internal stakeholders to prepare project specifications.
Provide expertise and data analysis of the Meta Business Partners for Agencies program KPIs, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic plans.

Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience working through ambiguity and uncertainty
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and project management software, such as Asana.

Education/Experience
3+ years experience in project management coordination
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Event and educational workshop management experience preferred.
