Job Title: Dynamics 365 Functional Customer Engagement Consultant

Responsibilities:

      • Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, marketing, customer service, and other areas of customer engagement.

      • Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 CE that meet the client s business needs. Create functional design documents, including configuration, customization, and integration requirements.

      • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to implement the designed solutions. This may include entity customization, business process flow design, workflow automation, and UI customization.

      • Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.

      • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards and fulfill the business requirements.

      • Training and User Adoption: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Create training materials and documentation as needed.

      • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and performing regular system updates and patches.

      • Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance system performance, and optimize user experience.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.

    • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.

    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

    • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

    • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.
