Role: LRE Admin Rest API

Location: 100% Remote

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LoadRunner and its various components (e.g., VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
- Experience with database performance testing and optimization, batch testing
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts for RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to evaluate API performance under different loads and usage patterns.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing environments is a plus.

Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing.
- Extensive experience using LoadRunner for performance testing.
- Proven track record of leading performance testing efforts for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for Healthcare / Medicaid systems.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner.
- Analyze test results and metrics to identify performance issues.
- Simulate real-world usage to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to lead.
- Maintain documentation for performance testing procedures and results.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
