Description

We're seeking a senior legal counsel to join Apple's IP Special Deals & Analytics team. You'll join a team of technical, financial, and legal experts to drive strategy for some of the most complex IP issues facing Apple. Your role will require you to work cross-functionally with other business and legal teams. Key responsibilities include:- Negotiating, valuing, and drafting IP license, acquisition, and settlement agreements. - Identifying key areas of IP risk and opportunity, and developing innovative ways to address them. - Curating and providing centralized IP data and intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy. - Developing comprehensive diligence and analysis for incoming IP disputes.- Working closely with Apple's IP Litigation and IP Transactions teams, as well as outside counsel and experts, to develop royalty and valuation theories.- Crafting partnerships with Apple's Operations, Finance, and other teams to develop and drive IP dispute strategies.- Influencing critical business decisions related to IP deals and negotiation with data-driven analysis and innovative approaches.

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
