  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with 8-10 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on managing support projects. The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering first level (L1) support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM,FAH) addressing complex issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  2. Leading and managing ongoing support and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system health checks.
  3. Working closely with finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Performing system configurations, upgrades, and optimizations in a support environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
  5. Creating and maintaining support documentation, user guides, and conducting training sessions to improve end-user experience.
