Responsibilities
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to utilize built-in functionality to deliver solutions to endpoints in a complex Retail Systems environment.
This role will assist Retail Systems Program Engineers and developers to create efficient deployment packages for delivery and execution to remote locations using SCCM.
Liase with Enterprise SCCM SME's and Administrators as necessary.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Microsoft PowerBI to generate accurate, near real-time dynamic reports integrated with SCCM and other complex data sources.
Work with 3rd Party managed services teams to identify reporting requirements and build suitable solutions.
Partner with Enterprise PowerBI/Data Intelligence SME's and Administrators as necessary.
Collaborate with end users to gather requirements, analyze user stories to identify GAPs and create acceptable solutions for dynamic reporting and status monitoring of product deployment activities using PowerBI or other adequate appliances.
Knowledge Transfer/Train Retail Systems team members in both SCCM and PowerBI applications as necessary.

Skills and Experience
Extensive experience with SCCM methodologies including but not limited to Configuration Manager, Task Sequence, Application building, Configuration Item/Baseline functionality
Experience with PowerBI fundamentals and integration with large Enterprise data sources
Experience with generating clear, concise reporting and dynamic tracking visual aids
Experience with training technical and non-technical resources
Ability to comprehend complex environments
5+ years SCCM experience and 3+ years Power BI experience
High preference for candidates with the above application hard skills, PLUS experience with convenience stores and integration to Retail System
