Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor ERP Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems,

specifically Infor, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Infor ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and integration points.
  • Ensure the ERP system is scalable, secure, and aligns with industry best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP modules and integrations, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation and customization processes.
  • Conduct system performance analysis and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current with Infor ERP updates and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Architect, with a focus on Infor ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes and workflows.
  • Experience with system integrations and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Infor Certified) are a plus.
Ownership of end-to-end solution implementation at our clients,
including but not limited to Infor M3 ERP and all supporting/edge applications ( e.g. IBP, d/EPM).
Overall solution design, application configuration, testing and validation. Providing strong leadership to change control board to help control scope, priority, provide change request impact analysis and protect the solution stability and health.
Providing high level solution design impact to leadership, drive to decisive decisions, and then guide delivery teams in understanding and building the solutions.
Doing FIT/GAP analysis and disposition requirements appropriately as per business needs. Advance overall approach for workshop planning and execution.
Build and/or assist with deployment strategy and cut over plans. Provide hands on support in functional areas as needed.
Your qualifications 5+ years of consulting experience with core Infor M3 ERP and at least 2+ years of experience with M3 cloud platform. (examples include but not limited to leading cross functional design workshops to gather user requirements,
Identifying and establishing scope, and parameters of requirements analysis to define project impact, outcome criteria, developing functional design specifications, and metrics). At least 2+ years playing a M3 Solution Architect role.
Experience with systems development lifecycle planning and/or Agile Methodologies, cost estimation/economics,
requirements gathering.
Functioning (Hands on) knowledge of core M3 application configuration (including, but not limited to org structure, master data, manufacturing, sales, order management, procurement, warehousing, logistics).
