  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Developer
Job Type: Contract to Hire (100% Remote)

Job Description:We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas Developer with strong expertise in Payroll and Compensation modules. This role involves working closely with business users and HR, Payroll, and Compensation administrators to gather requirements and develop fast formulas tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for Payroll, Absence, PTO, and Compensation modules.
  • Design, develop, and implement Fast Formulas across various Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on payroll and compensation.
  • Work with HR, Payroll, and Compensation administrators to understand and translate business needs into functional fast formulas.
  • Develop and manage HCM extracts for data extraction and processing.
  • Build and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) to meet reporting needs.

Primary Skills:

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas.
  • Proven expertise in Payroll and Compensation modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Absence and PTO fast formulas.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP report creation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, document requirements, and design tailored solutions for business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas.
  • Experience in developing fast formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Compensation modules.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR and payroll administrators to develop tailored solutions.
  • USC candidates are preferred. EAD considered as a second option.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
