Seeking a Field Engineer
Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. They are changing the way we do business from top to bottom as we strive to create meaningful and innovative solutions and are looking for team members to help us realize our vision
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Accurately documents solutions related to complex issues
- Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers
- Build positive relationships with customers
