Monitor client accounts and take necessary action
Utilize ADP financial services for client account management
Apply BusinessObjects Technologies for business intelligence processes
Use Cloud Technologies for data storage and access
Implement Core HR functions for human resource management
Conduct Gap Analysis to identify performance issues
Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking
Implement AB Testing for optimizing user experience
Carry out Benefit Functions related to employee benefits
Execute Business Process Functions to improve business processes
Apply Configuration Management principles in IT service management.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Staff Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Understanding of Core HR principles
Experience in performing Gap Analysis
Expertise in About Time software
Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies
Familiarity with Benefit Functions
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Proficiency in Configuration Management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
